DVD-Photo Capture

My team made a video from this season and burnt it to a DVD. Is there any program or way I could capture some of those frames and make them .jpg???

if you have a dvd player on your computer, you can watch the movie, and take a screen shot. then paste the screen shot and edit to get everything but the picture out. I dont know how good the quality would be though.

yeah there is. i have powerDVD and it lets you take screen shots and save them as a picture (jpg, bmp, tiff, etc).
