Im somewhat new to wakeboarding. I am tryin to learn to ride switch but I cant get there. I try to surface 180 but I'll either fall back after my 180 or catch the toeside edge when making my 180. any tips...should I take my fins off? Also when I go to toeside butterslide I can slide for about 2 seconds and then I'll catch an edge or I'll slide out.
If you can ollie just pop a little 180, if not, try going out into the flats and slowly start turning your board like surface 180 but when you get half way turn back reg. this should help you get comfortable with the slide aspect of it, then just do the same thing but whip it all the way around. you might be trying to hard.
today I got up switch and then surfaced 180 back to regular...I can frontside butterslide and then turn the extra 90 degrees and go switch I just cant whip it all the way around in one motion w/o falling too far back on my heels _________________ CLASSIK WAKESKATES
