by the way im thinking of getting a hyperlite phriction wakeskate and any feedback on that wakeskate would be great. thanks

The size of your skate is almost irrelevant to how big you are. I know guys that are 5'3 and ride a 42 and I know a guy that is 6'4 and rides a 39. It's all personal preference...
I have nothing good to say about the skate you mentioned except that you might want to look elsewhere for a decent wakeskate. Since you are just starting out I'm going to assume that you don't want the top of the line most advanced wakeskate out there... actually I'm gonna stop right there. Do you want the absolute best wakeskate on the market?

No, but i have been riding a $15 beach skimboard and i can do a few wakeskate tricks on it, so i think i will be good at wakeskating and i used to skateboard so i want a board that i will be able to progress on thats at an affordable price.

Check out kampus k39. It's a good skate for that price range (less than $80)
