Tip no. 1: Call it an ollie
Tip no. 2: It's not like a skateboard ollie. Use the surface tension of the water to get the pop and load and release the line to get the hangtime. Keep your weight on edge and pull the line tight then jam your rear foot down and pull the rope to your hip.

This helped me learn:

Edge outside the wake on your heelside (boat on your right for left foot forward, boat on your left for right foot forward). Don't have to edge hard, just make sure the rope is tight. Hold the handle low, by your hips. Then as Ctipping said, push down hard with your back foot. This should begin to push the front of the board out of the water. You can help the process by pulling up on your front foot just after you push down with the back foot.

I was recently riding at a cable park and I was trying to get air around the turns...I saw some dudes out there pulling sick air from doing that....A guy tried to explain me how but I couldnt get the right pressure on the board. Apprently, you use the tension of the rope with your own tension pushing against the water, and then release and it pops you up... I dunno. I cant do it yet either. But I'm getting better at ollies. Cool

push down with your front foot first, then as the board starts to rock back towards the tail, push down with your back foot harder. pushing your front foot down a bit first gives you more time to put more force into the push-down with your back foot. this should make the board rise off the water and let it comeup underneath you.
