How to attach the binding to the board?

I am embarrassed to ask what is probably the stupidest question to be asked here in a long time. But here goes….

My CWB Zeus bindings just arrived and they came with 4 screws, 4 plastic washers, and 4 things that I do not know the name for but which the screws are obviously supposed to go into first so that the screw is not standing out, almost like a washer but thicker and shaped to fit the underneath of the top of the screw.

My question is, do the plastic washers go on the top of the binding, as I suspect, or do they go between the binding and the board?

Yup it should be on top. Its designed so that your board and bindings dont get scratched. And dont worry about asking dumb questions we all need help sometimes
