|
|
I am looking for some new bindings. I have narrowed it down to the Liquid Force Teams and Transits. I prefer a solid fit around the ankle. I tried on the Sphinx and thought they were too loose around the ankles. Someone said the Teams were similer to the Sphinx with a little more adjustment. Is this true? Currently I am leaning toward the Transits.
Please give me your input!!! |

| wakeman101, transits are NOT pretty much the same as the sphynx. Correct me if I am wrong, but the sphynx are really flexible and the transits are a little bit tighter, but not as tight as the teams. |

| i just got some Transits and they are awesome. very comfortable and great support. i didnt try on the Teams because i was so happy with the feel of the Transits. see if you can find a place where they will let you try them both on and then decide which ones you would like more. |

| I went with the teams. I tried both the transits and the teams on and I liked the support that the teams offered. Dont get me wrong, the transits were really comfortable, and if they didnt have the teams I would have picked up the transits. If your looking for great support I would have to say teams. I also think that the Teams and Transits are like no other bindings that LF has so any comparison to the sphynx's is crazy to me. |

| I was also looking at the Temmets. A friend has some Bellmonts. The Temmets seem like an updated version. I've used the BOA system in snowboard boots. They work great for Snowboarding. I am currently using LF Ultra Suctions. They work great when your riding but are a total pain in the A$$ to get on and off. I just want something that you step in, pull tight, and go. NO LUBE!!! |

| I don't need any lube to get into my transits either. Transits are great bindings. The only negative thing I can say about them is they run a little narrow. If you have fat Fred Flintstone feet like I do make sure you try them on to get the right size. I normally where about a size 7 in shoes, but I had to get large Transits. And the best thing about them is they fell like a nice set of fake chest ornaments wrapped tightly around your feet. |

My length is about 9.5 but my width is a 10.5. I think I'll be fine with large transits right?

i use a little bit of lube to get in to my teams. sure, i could prolly get my feet in them w/o the lube, but what the hell, why make it harder on myself? _________________ my demo reel

| Yea, I think that the large would be perfect for your feet. I wear a 10.5 and my feet are average width and the larges fit great. If my feet were any longer I would have to go with the XL's. |
