I'm thinking its a fuse, its on a 2005 MasterCraft X-2, JL components, JL Marine Amp, and Clarion deck.

The deck is functioning properly, I checked the wiring (connections) and they seem to be fine. Anyone know where the hell the fuse box is? and do you think that's my problem?

I probably need to go home and look at mine for sure. I think there is a little black box by the batter. There is a fuse in there that may have just popped out. Try clicking it back in.

It don't sound like a fuse problem to me (if it's working) sounds more like the mute button has been activated

Do ALL of your speakers run off of an amp or just the deck. How did you wire your amp in. Did you power it up straight from the battery w/ an inline fuse? Has it all worked before?

This is a factory system on the X-2. 6 component speakers, 1 sub, on the JL e645 Marine amp. When i look at the amp, the red protect light is on, but the green power light isn't. I'm going to bring it to the dealership, if they have to replace it, they have to replace it...its a month old.
