For one put it in the Trick Tips Section and two basically you delay the flip. When you grab it flips you around a lot faster. So go off the wake and instead of throwing your body for the flip, emphasize going up & grabbing then flip the thing over. It's not too hard & it makes everything lookthat much cooler.

I can grab crows, and HS backrolls melon. Tantrums Indy, Tail, and Stalefish. For grabbing just do what Stephan, said, just wait til you grab then throw the flip. Thats what I've had to do in the past. Like not even worry about landing the flip just make sure you get the grab, then you'll get the feeling and its easyer to land/grab.

If you have a solid backroll I would say try grabbing that its a lot easyer then people think.

Plus with a grabbed crow you tend to throw it bigger than usual becasue you wait longer on the pop instead of just tripping of the wake and pulling it around. But like NorthwestRider said you will be a lot more stable in the air and the trick will actually get alot eaiser, this is pretty standard for any invert.

Mitchell, now that i think of it, if you are riding on a smaller wake. its going to be a lot harder to grab. when i ride behind my friends blue water i can barely grab, i have to go way in to the flats to have enough hang time to put a grab on any of my inverts. so pretty much make sure you take it big, or off the double up.
