Give us some detail. How much do you weigh? How often will you be boarding? How much are you looking to spend? Do you have any local board dealers that will let you demo? Some kind of indicator of skill level, eg are you athletic and/or have you waterskied?

After people get that info the best recommendation is find what length range you should be in for your weight and then demo some mid level boards and find out what you are comfortable with.
