Yo! i'm new to these here forums and i have a question about bindings. i recently bought an old Hyperlite 3-stage rocker board from a friend for fifty bucks. that is all i know about it other than that it says "twin baff" or something like that on it. i know it is probably a POS but i figured you can't go wrong for just fifty bucks. so far my experience with it has been alright save for one thing. the bindings are absolute CRAP, so i want to buy some decent bindings that i will be able to keep for a while and use when i eventually get a nicer board. i'm about 145lbs. and 5"10' but i am only 16 so i am still eating my green vegetables and getting all big and strong. i would classify myself as beginner-intermediate-ish. i am comfortable pulling off wake to wake jumps but i am not doing any tricks yet. i would prefer to stay with hyperlite, but am not dead set on it. i tried going to hyperlite's site but they kept talking about knees bent styles and easier pumps off the wake with a reverse frontside heel to toe ratio, and other such confusing things that i do not understand. sooo, any advice on what bindings will be cool for me would be awesome. i don't mind spending a couple hundred bucks or so as long as i have something good that will last me for a while.

senor...i recently bought some Hyperlite free motion "shift" bindings... i am relatively the same weight and height as you... I am fifteen... These bindings have worked great for me and are good getting in and out of... I highly recommend them but your bindings must be good for you... See if u can get a demo set before you buy them...test it out

so im new to this as well but i am noting near your size im 6'1 230 but thats besides the point. I just recently purchased a set of 05 liquid force alpha's and they are awsome, easy in and out and on set of srtings to pull and their tight. deffinately try them on demo if you get the chance. their only like 220-240 so not to expensive. good luck
