| im in the process of building a little slider on an old V-hull boat of mine. I have to fiberglass a few leaks, but after that it should be done. i just need ideas or the actualy rail part, and how to keep it still. i have 3 achors im thinking about using, just one on each corner of the boat. anyone out there have a slider kinda like this? or one on a v-hull boat? i just wanna kno the outcomes. thankx |

pointblank12, well, about your topic, I dont have a v-hull slider but I have seen them. Foam would help on the inside of the hull and then just anchor it from the front and two back corners. If there is that black or green anti algae/barnacle paint on it you probably want to strip it off so it is a normal fiberglass hull. If it isnt slippery enough, try getting pvc sheeting on the center of the hull.
and BTW, where is camden county? |
