|
|
Hi i am from australia and i am looking very eagerly at the kampus k39 wakeskate and the hyperlite catalyst wakeskate. I was just wondering who has either or if anyone has had both and what they thought because i am an intermediate to advanced rider and i just want to know as much as possible before i go and order a kampus because i will have to get one imported from overseas if i decide to get one...
Also if i decide to get a Kampus K39 deck is there anybody on here that owns or works for a company that will send a k39 to australia... _________________ WWW.WAKE.COM.AU |

ozzy_mulisha, there are definetly lots of biased opinions on this site... so here is the deal, ride what you think will help you progress and have fun...
the catalyst, holds good with damage and w2w because its so big... but is very skinny and has a werid annoying bump in the middle
the K39, solid deck, lots of pop, well help you progress your riding to new levels... but is not a concave
so its up to you... my suggestion, go with the kampus |

| Hijack: will a slightly warped (twisted) deck have any effect on riding? I got my k39 warped and while I am not good enough to notice it now, I was wondering if any of you that have severely waterlogged/warped decks notice decreased performance (probably just looking for an excuse for my shoddy riding). |

ozzy_mulisha, A flat deck just means the top has no concave, it has no raised edges or tips. _________________ ...island style... |
