The boat I'm looking at is actually a 200vrs not a 210 vrs, I was told the 210 vrs is the same hull as the X-10. so does anyone know if the 1998 would be the same as one of there others or how the wake is behind it?

Brit Rider, please step away from the keyboard. You seem to be mixing up your boat brands. The MC Maristar 210 is definately not closed bow. It is the same boat as the MC X-10 without the X series graphics, tower and ballast. I am not sure if the 200 and the 210 are the same hull or not. The stern on the 210 is rounded while the 200 is angled pretty sharply. The wake behind the 210 is very nice with weight.

The Maristar hull changed in 98. I had a 97 way back, which had the molded swim platform, they changed the hull after that and called it the 200vrs. I don't think they changed the hull again in 99, they just changed the name to the 210 which is the same as the X-10.

I think they stopped making those maristars back in the early 90's. Older Maristar's were direct drives, I think they went from the Direct drive to the V-drive in about 94 to 95. _________________ Don't do anything rash.....and don't do anything to get a rash... |

Hard to argue with that picture. I just know that any Mariastar 210 that I am familiar with is an open bow v drive.
