[Disclaimer] Yes I have searched this forum and I know this has been posted before, but I want fresh answers here please. TY.

I purchased an Accurate 15" EVA Handle with a 4 section 65' LOW-stretch rope bundle with my wakeboard and vest. I had researched on this site and other boarding sites before I bought everything and the general consensus was that using a LOW-stretch rope would be fine until I started to do air tricks, which I am not ready for. If it matters, I am pulled by a catamaran-hull deckboat without a pylon/tower.

I'm going wakeboarding for the first time this season this sunday and I need a few questions answered so here we go:

1. Is what I bought really limiting my wakeboarding ability?

2. when shopping for a non-stretch rope should I only get spectra material rope, or are there other materials out there that are just as good? Also I've seen some rope that say spectra core, and some that say

3. If I do need to buy a new rope, is Accurate a decent brand? I'll have to buy on ebay to save money, and I don't want to buy another bum rope. The only other brand I can on ebay saying that it is spectra is Bullet.

4. Has anyone tried to take off the handle from a bundled rope/handle and re-attach it to a new rope? Is it hard, should I try it?

Please take the time to help me get this right. Thanks in advance.

Get spectra.

You should be able to take the handle off no problem and attach it to a spectra rope. I've exchanged ropes and handles quiet a few times.

seriously, accurate lines work for me I have had no real problems to speak of. I am not sure but i think they have lines for around $75 and you should have no problem switching out handles. Best of luck

switching out handles is easy. if ur a beginner you wont really notice the difference between no stretch and low stretch. but if you want no strech get spectra. some good brands are: accurate, straight line, nevin, there are a bunch of caompanied that make spectra line.
