If you don't have a net, tie it to a near by tree or anything near the trampoline. If you have a net tie it to the top of the pole.
And to practice raleys you pretty much have to have the rope to guide you, and flips, if you don't know how to do them, have someone spot you and just jump up look back like you're trying to look at you butt, then pull you legs around and land on ur feet, obviously.
Just don't try raleys without a rope, it doesn't work... |

For the Raley jump away from the rope... if you just go up you will not have line tension to pull your legs back under you. make sure she is tied off nice a tight or you will pay!
Flips and stuff, just jump and leave the tramp like you would on the water.
Just remember it's a simulation, it will not be just like doing it on the water.
Work on leaving the tramp in the same position you would leave the wake and you should be good to go. _________________ PEACE

| when doing raleys, get fully extended and PUSH the handle DOWN towards the ground to get back into the landing position...dont pull (pulling is natural but you will eat water if you do that, or in your case, trampolene. |
