TexasDevil, I'd say a little bit but not that much... for me anyway.

Best thing to help you with switch is obviously go out and practice riding switch on your wakeboard. Try riding a few minutes switch each set and you'll eventually get more comfortable with it.

ontrider has it, practice makes perfect, skateboard probably wont help much because you are not really putting your weight in a specific place like you do wakeboarding.

Try to ride your skateboard switch quite abit and get the feel of it, then when your switch on a wakeboard it wont feel so clumsy.

I wakeboard regular, i skateboard goofy Laughing

Even with this, i still had a little trouble riding switch at first on my wakeboard. Even though what I skate as would be switch riding wakeboarding. Basically the only way to get good at riding switch is riding switch on a wakeboard. Wakeboarding balance and feel is really different from about every sport except wakeskating, and it's even a bit different wakeskating.
