| What happened to that weird tower extension with a sail to stabilize the boat? seemed like a pretty cool way to get more air...so why havent i seen anyone of those since its introduction to the market????????

| Stiffy Tower. Probably because it's not that practical and it would hit bridges going down the interstate.

it also gets really unstable when there are winds in excess of 5 mph.

The do have a patent application submitted so somebody is investing well in it. Looks like a cool idea but I have not seen on on our lake.
Anyone every ride behind one? Love to know what it's like with a rope pulling you nearly straigt up, gotta help with more pop.

| i saw a guy with one on our local lake in Oregon, it looked like a real good idea but it seemed that anytime someone edged out hard it looked as if it actually plled the whole boat over, reguardless of the sail cause it didnt look as if it was helping too much, theyre liek 1300 too so i dunno, maybe worth a try sometime.

I rode behind one for a while. Pretty cool, kinda like the cable. Only thing is even with non stretch, there is a lot of rope play. Makes spinning real hard.
