I learned them by positioning myself about 5 feet outside the wake and wait til you cross the second roller then ride the trough to the wake. The double up will form towards the deepest part of the trough if that makes sense. Be PATIENT it forms alittle later than you think. You don't have to cut very hard at all. Keep your knees bent and loose to absorb all the shapely waters then all you have to do is time the standing tall part right as your riding up the face of it. _________________ Raley cut everything! |

how i learned if ur all the way out in the flats right before the first roller cut in. you should hit the 3rd and biggest up and get booted high. _________________ philocify for life- SAY FUNK IT AND HUCK IT |

its all about timing...also, dont start off hitting the 3rd roller. start with the first and progress. the third will send u flyin. _________________ "floats like a butterfly, stings like when i pee" |

kepp practicing, and get the timing down, do wat works for you
try getting closer to the wake and cutting hard
or going farther, and less of a cut
i think it is easier to start close cut hard _________________ 06' watson 138

| Sometimes it helps to widen the angle of the double up. If you have problems hitting it, drive the double at a more than 90 degree angle. This doesnt give you as big a double up but it makes it alot easier to hit. Once you get this down, you can drive it at the 90 degree angle and get the bigger boot. |
