dcl_snowboarder13, first off try the magic search button. but basicly the boards rocker is how it is shaped. boards are sloped. on a continuos rocker it is just like a rocking horse. the whole bottom is curved. in a 3-stage rocker, the middle of the board is flat and the nose and tail are flat to but at an angle. 3 stage gives you more abrupt pop and 3 stage will launch you out into the flats
