Hey All,

Got my shower installed, here's a couple of pics before I plumbed it in. The final result is HOT water when you want it...the thing works great.

The hot tap is on the side of the motor to your left (out of sight) and is bascially a 1/4" nipple in the block drain. (last pic)

The cold tap's barb fitting is shown there in the pic AFTER the raw water pump.

The shower head (no pic sorry) has an on/off button so the pump stops when the button is turned off. The pump I bought off ebay for around $50, the mixing valve is an Aquatik. You can see the location of the pump in the first pic.

Sorry some of the pics are blue as I'm still working "under the big top"

I love having a hot shower for those cold days. Just shove it in the wet suit and your all warmed up. Laughing

Good looking install. I just finished mine last week and took it out for a test drive and the pumped stopped working after 5 minutes. Luckily the water is warming up and we won't have the need for it too much longer.

who wears a wet suit?
In wisconsin when it's cold, you need a drysuit, and then all of a sudden the water and air are nice and comfortable, there doesn't seem to be much of an inbetween.

Hey DizzyG,

I do...both shorty and full depending on temp...for some reason, I'm always the first to get cold...I don't like that so out comes the suit...

DizzyG, just don't talk. drysuits, IMO are weak. i hate them. never worn one...i think they should only be used for barefooting. a ful wetsuit should do ya but whatever works. if your drysuit works for you, fine. if you are going to ask who wears a wet suit, you must be legally retarded.

Wake4Life08, I don't know where you live but in MANY places drysuits are NECESSARY. I've seen pictures of guys riding lakes where there's snow on the houses and collecting on the side of the boat. If you want to bust out your wetsuit go for it. Your ice covered wetsuit isn't going to help you too much.

If you've never worn one how can you hate them?
