I'm planning on going even though I haven't heard much about it. I'm going to give Clark or Luke a call this week to see what all is going down. I still haven't gotten a chance to ride yet this year, and I'm ready to try out the Substance.

Are you serious!!! Jordan Cain is going to be riding at the Sardis Demo Day!!! I heard he stuck a noochy squatter the other day. Kids bring the video cams and keep them rolling!

I am going to be there. Brad did you get the substance or are you just demoing it. I have ridden mine about 5 times this year and I really like it. I also like the bindings, they are the most comfortable bindings I have ever wore.

I haven't decided whether I'm going to ride the Substance or the Team - I still need to demo the Substance, but I'm thinking it will be a great board for me. I have worn the Transits at OWC and they were by far the most comfortable bindings I have ever worn - I couldn't believe how much padding they had. From what everybody has said the Substance has really great pop, without the bucking feeling of a traditional 3-stage.

Just curious but was one of you guys workin the stand for Memphis Boat Center in Memphis... and you were wearing some Janitor looking shirt.. LOL.. Embarassed

The boat is not going with me. I do not want the responsibilty of having it down there especially when it is only a week old.

Also Brad I will be at the Sardis demo day working. Don't tell mike he doesn't know that I got a job there.

Sardis Demo day is my first day of work. After that I start after finals. I am working the morning shift 8-12 and all day sat.

That's awesome - working at MBC will be alot more fun and will have alot more business than LS. I worked at LS for two summers a few years back and it was SLOW Laughing

What? You mean people actually work at MBC? Nah, I thought all we did was sit around and talk poopy poo poo. The Sardis Demo Day will consist of us (MBC) bringing some boats (MCs and others like Four Winns and pontoons) to Sardis for people to "test drive," and we will also have free food (grilling hamburgers and hot dogs). We may also demo some boards and stuff if anyone wants to, and either way we will have some pro shop stuff out. The hours are 10-4 on Saturday.

Brad, you need to try the Substance and Subjekt before you worry about the team board anymore.

Also, look for a future Trip Across America event in conjunction with the MBC, coming later this summer.

That would be perfect - I'll pick up my bindings from home tomorrow. I have a feeling I'm going to go with the Substance after hearing what everyone has said about it. Also, is Hyperlite bringing in any riders this year?

Haven't heard yet about anything with Hyperlite, but that doesn't surprise me. You can pretty much count on something in July at Jim's house.

I've never been to a demo day.... so i might be a little lost if I go..
ummm.. i don't know .. I ride a Blindside Five-O 125 .. I guess its an older board.. It's cute though

I'm not sure , I'm not really looking for anything to buy.. lol... I may just come and look and watch , but if i can get out in the water i definately will.

Does it cost to demo????

And will I need a wetsuit if I demo.... ????????? Very Happy

Nothing to be lost about. We will just have some boats there to show off, and a little product too. There would not be a cost to try anything, and just by showing up you should get some free food. Come and watch, check out the pro shop goodies, and see if you can catch a ride. The water may be cold, I honestly don't know but I expect it will.

Brad if you want I will bring my substance out there with my sphynx on it so you can try those out also. They are size XL and the board is a 138.
