| Wanting to change out my MLS factory 500 (?) lbs in the ski locker , and go bigger . I heard rumor that you can get a custom made sack that is HUGE , like 800 lbs in the ski locker. Anyone ever done this in a 2001 and up ?? Thanks.. |

Not sure if it's possible without significant mods to the locker. Delete the thread here and hit up the B and BA thread. You'll probably get more action over there. _________________

The easiest thing to do is probably just put a 350 side sac in the ski lockers. Don't hold me to this, but we ran 500 pounds of lead in the nose, the MLS, a 350 sac in the ski lockers, then scattered another 400 pounds of lead around the boat. it was something like that. The was was really nice, and it actually got narrow and peaky....which is kind of the opposite of the normal VLX wake.
The problem with putting a larger sac in the ski locker and back hatches is you will get to much weight in the back portion of the boat...the wake will get big...but it will be really wide. You need to fill the nose up with wieght. _________________ http://wakeboardamerica.com

take out the sac and fill the locker with lead. you will be able to get more weight in there and not have to worry about the pump fitting breaking while you are hittin double ups. _________________ "Life is a funny thing right when you think you have got a hold of it, it bucks off of a double up funny and break two ribs when you bounce off the bottom of the 4ft deep private lake"

| Fluid Concepts has a 1000lb back that will fit. It does not fill completely but can probably get about 6-700lbs if I am not mistaken. The factory 500 does not fill all the way either. You are probably getting 400lbs if you are lucky. |
