Whatever is most comfortable for you. A lot of people like a wide stance.
It also depends on how long your board is, if you are riding a 143 and you are only 4'3" tall then having them all the way out is too far!
Very slightly wider than shoulder width apart and slightly duck footed is what I find best.
I would however recommend having them both the same so that the stance is the same in both directions, this will probably make switch riding and tricks easier. |

| Just lay your board on the floor without the bindings mounted, step on your board like your riding, and note whatever width, angle, etc feels most comfortable. Then mount your bindings corresponding to what felt right for you. |

| ^^^^you can go wrong when your acl gets blown because you are too wide for your own good. To give you an idea of a stance, stick your bindings on there, and hold in on your shoulders. a pretty good stance is when your boots are resting on the edges of your shouloders close to your bicepts. I ride a 132 and my boots are 1 hole from the last on either side, its prety comfortable for me, and i have some knee probs to deal wiff. |
