| What are the ins and outs of choosing the angle you instal your bindings? Do people keep their bindings at 90 degrees to ride equally well with either foot forward? |

its all personal preference, most people will have them duck out a little on an angle. I have mine ducked out. Just try different ways and see what you like _________________ www.glassjaw.net

| The way I figured out how to set mine up was I jumped up and the way I landed was my natural stance. So I took the angle of my feet and the distance between them and put my bindings right on my board exactly the same way I landed from my jump. |

| Be careful when ducking out too much though...that is a big cause of injury. |

If you walk with straight feet them make them strait.
If you walk like you pants are falling down all the time like a duck, make the duck. _________________ www.Crawlinbc.com |

prior40, yeah thats definetly the best way.
tbonewailer, most people duck the front and back equally so your board is truly symetrical, but if your just starting its a good i dea to have your back foot about straight an your front ducked out a bit, that seems to be a good stance for begginers. |

| I used to ride pretty ducked out - but my rear knee is screwed now, so I straightened that out. So now my rear foot is slightly ducked and my front is highly ducked... It really is all personal preference though. Test out a few things and see which feels best for you. |

I learned this way then switched to a symetrical ducked out stance. _________________ http://www.learnwake.com/amember/go.php?r=253&i=l1 |
