Has anyone in history of wakeboarding land a Tantrum Mobe ??? But not spinning blind like the moby dick or overhead like the whirly.

it would pretty much be a frontflip mobe. unless you did the FS 360 really late.
|
how would a back flip be like a front flip? i remember hearing rumors of andrew adkison landing this but never saw it. |

| A couple of years ago, there was a guy on this site, who was making a video and was trying Tantrums to frontside 360. I saw him attempt it on video but never knew if he ever landed it. This was a couple of years ago, before the site crashed, so you could possibly find it on a search. There is my $.02 |

derrick lenz, tantrum and hs fronts look similar...front to fakies and tantrum to fakies look very similar...so a slimchance and tnatrum with a fs 3 would look similar... _________________ www.Shadrack.com

yes, Mariognarly, Erik Ruck did a tantrum with a bs 360 which is also called a moby dick, but we're lookin for a tantrum with a FS 360...i have yet to see one.
Wouldn't a tantrum with a fs 360 look almost exactly like a Pete Rose on a trampoline? with the exception that one is "toeside" and the other is "Heelside" which doesnt really matter on the trampoline |

| I've seen this topic brought up a few times on these boards and I could swear I've actually seen quite a few tantrums with fs 360s. I think the biggest different between that and a slim chance is that when I see a slim chance the person usually bends his knees and leaves the wake with his front knee towards his head, but on a tantrum mobe they stay pretty laid out and start the rotation a little late. I wish I had a video of one to show you guys. I don't know, maybe I'm wrong and it's a different trick, but like I said, I could swear I've seen it done a few times. |

Craig-R, i think he means like two diff tricks off one d-up. I remember seeing it in an online video. He hit a massive d-up did and indy tantrum then when he got around did a bs 3, it was insane _________________ www.Shadrack.com

| yeah he does one in metrenome, it's a giant tantrum off the d-up and then he pulls the backside 3 but it's still a moby dick...just not in one motion |

Tyler~Moore,
Yeah thats what I was referring to, but I missed that we were looking for a frontside spin, not a backside. I dont think I have seen anything past a tantrum to fakie. |

| my friend was trying TANTRUM to fs 3s and it was WAY harder that slim chances, he got knocked out on this truck probably 3 times or so and stopped trying it. making sure that you do a tantrum first really makes the trick, and IT IS HARD, he called it a beaver eater, but he never stuck it |

Cheb75,
It is not a spiderman, A spiderman is a trick invented by Ricky G. A spiderman is a backhanded spun whirly bird. Same as a whirly just using the backhand. |

belmont142,
Do you know what ever happened to him? I know he lived in Iowa, Idaho, somewhere out there and haven't heard anything about him. He was a regular poster before the site crashed. |

Brad,
I'm not sure at all what happened to him. I was going to ask the same question. I remember he was coming out with a video and then i never saw anything about the video and never heard about it again after the site crashed. It is a mystery to me sorry |

| Im pretty sure ive seen Ricky G come close to a tantrum to fs 3, it was in one of his sections in either HYPE/Six Pack or Switch/Switch 22. Its one where he was still riding hyperlite on that old green and black board. Check it out someone i dont have my disc here. |

wakerider07,
The rope wouldn't catch, i mean people do Tantrums to fs 180 so you would just have to make a quick handle pass at the end or figure out a way to throw it early, i think dallas friday would have a good chance at making it. She does tantrum 180's huge and early handle pass. So it wouldn't surprise me to see her land it. |
