I need to lubricate my steering cable, are there any grease zerts to hit. Havent really taken a look yet, thought maybe someone out there has done could provide some tips.

I don't know for sure about a 2002MC X-9, but some boats have the grease fittings and some don't, I'd take a look.

Usually if its already hard to turn it needs a new steering cable, if your cable doesnt have a fitting to grease it there is a kit to buy that can enable this, but to my experienceit it doesnt help after the fact. _________________ Live to fix so you can ride |

Not really hard to turn at all, just thought that some Preventive maintenance would be a good idea. Thought for sure there were something I might be able to do, to help it out. Has nt gotten slightly stiffer since brand new.
