I Just found this today. Its a plugin for AE/FCP/premeire pro.

If you are shooting on DV (30fps) like most of us here. you can only slow the video down to about 80% or so without it starting to look bad.

This is a Time Re-Mapping plugin that will make your Slow motion and Fast motion look a lot smoother and cleaner.

I just got it. so ill Film something. and show the differnece. there are also some video clips on the site.

but if you are wanting better slow motion. this will help you out.

James,

I tried that plugin last year and couldn't see any quality improvement over the builtin slo-mo module in FCP. If you find out different I'd like to see your settings. I heard Apple bought the code for the time remap in FCP 4 from RevisionFX so unless you're using Premiere/AE I'd question it's value. Their Fieldskit plugin is excellent as a de-interlacing tool for blending 60i footage with 30p or to get reasonably decent frame grabs. Slow motion is another area where DV footage really sucks.
