Ok I want to make a normal picture of like someone’s face. match this rendering enough to look real. what should I play around with?. I have got it pretty close. but Something is missing and not making it look right.

im trying to replace the entire head. in the first picture i did the eyes,( the second is the original) its a little sloppy, like i dident add in the lens flare on the glass of the glasses. im just trying to get the technique of changing the skin to match. It looks kinda ok but is still missing the look. the picture part that i am editing in looks to high quality, like a picture. not like a digital rendering. so yes. if you have any ideas or tips they would be VERY appreciated.
Thanks
-James

see how the eyes are differnet in the first one and the second. the first one was my eyes and the second is the origional rendering.

I was wanting to put my entire head on it. it was for a class project. but my photoshop skills arnt up to par with that task. we had to change the meaning of an image and make it look like it was the original image, or realistic/belivable.

here is what i ended up doing...
