Monitor Question

Chavez informed me that the lcd or flat panel monitors are not that good for gaming due to a low refresh rate... so when i am looking for a crt monitor what makes a better one vers a $50 crappy monitor?

CRT's are cheaper and more clear for your money. look at viewsonics i have 2 G90fb's i run them at 1152x870 and they are super smooth. the only thing i have seen that is clearer in my opinion is the apple displays.

baggyman, Chavez is correct but I have found no issues with the 1901FP that I use to have nor the 26" Dell LCD that I currently am playing on. I have also heard great things about teh 2001 FP from dell.
