I bought a Reinell 200LSE and they gave me a free wakeboard..it is an evolution watersports wakeboard...it's white and blue. I have seen them for sale occasionally on Ebay. I know it is an offbrand and prolly not very good. But is it decent enough to learn on and maybe start doing some of the "Beginner tricks" listed on this site? Also should I upgrade the bindings or just leave the ones on there and spend my money on a decent board later. I was thinking of getting some Oneail ION bindings.

What are the bindings like? If they are the sandal type bindings get rid of em quick.

it's a sportmart cheepy, but you might get away with just replacin gthe bindings, if your justa begginer, but I would reccomend investing in a little better board, lots of sites have boards on close out

It should get you through more than a few months IMO. I'd just get some new bindings for it.

It looks like a similar shape to my Hyperlite Fluid. I rode that thing for 2-3 years. It looks like a good beginer board to me.

Wakebrad, umm the fluid had a round profile, that looks more like a cruiser, or lattitude, or even the oooold CWB Parks sig.

Oh those bindings got to go. It's not that there's too little ankle support.......It's that there isn't any support at all. As a beginner you should definately invest in something with some ankle support. Those things have injury written all over them.

Kento911, well the fluid is a little bit more rounded but this board still has rounded edges. It has very beveled edges like the fluid and the chanels are very similar. The only thing that's hard to tell is if it is a 3 stage or continuous.

I think that board will be ok for beginner tricks but I would look into getting better bindings. If you have bad bindings you can roll your ankle easyly.

matt1808, I second www.EvoGear.com for inexpensive & prior year models. The guys & gals there are super-helpful and the prices are cheap if you don't mind not having the absolute latest gear.

It is a I/O and I think it has a tower on it. I think I have seen them around in Kelowna in the summer.
