Is there a way to e-mail calenders without exporting them into other documents.

Not that I know of, but you can save a personal calendar as a Web page

Click Calendar .
On the File menu, click Save as Web Page.
Under Duration, enter dates in the Start date and End date boxes, and then under Options, click the options you want. For Help on an option, click and then click the option.
Under Save as, enter a title for the calendar in the Calendar title box.
In the File name box, enter the file protocol, followed by the path to the location where you want to save the file. If you are saving the files to an Internet or intranet site, use FTP or HTTP by typing ftp:// or http:// before the path.

Is it your personal calendar or are you using the one at work that is stored on the server?

In outlook 2000 there is an option to share your calendar under the file option - you could try that - I have never used it, but it might be what you are looking for.

Nor*Cal, print to PDF, then email the PDF. Of course, you will need a PDF maker/Distiller such as Acrobat to do this...

Otherwise, what churchy said will work, but the receipient will need to import it in to Outlook, which could create problems on their calendar if they do it wrong.

You may want to look into calendar sharing via Hotmail...
