Ummm.... not that I was really paying all that much attention, but are they censoring nipples in the swimsuit issue these days? If so, I'm a little confused about what's acceptable and what's not. Apparently bare butts are cool, but nipples cross the line. Anyone else notice this?

Yamila's pictures are what made me start wondering.

maestro, I was just being polite... if you really want my opinion we should just run a poll on who is posing for the calendar. As a token of appreciation for their services, we'll give them a free gift of their choice, new ironing board or vacuum cleaner.

And yes, we have photographers from the US, Canada, Europe and even Australia who I'm sure would be willing to volunteer their time!!! Laughing

Some of the underwater pictures are by Howard Schatz. He used to send books of his photos to the ad agency I used to work at. Dayum Shocked

he had some crazy photos of gorgeous women. If anyone is a fan of his SI photos, you won't believe what kind of stuff he has on his website.

And he used to send us big 8x10 prints of some of this stuff.... to look at..... AT WORK! Very Happy

I really didn't find the pics of the female athletes that appealing....especially Venus.
She's just not that attractive.

I don't know what the photographers were doing, but I've seen much better pictures of both Amanda Beard and Jennie Finch. Jennie Finch's body in a swimsuit has always been kind of questionable, but she's still a much prettier girl than the photographs lead you to believe.

I'm not even going to comment about the pictures of Amanda, most of us have already seen enough pictures of her to know that she is a grade A hottie.

And yeah, I wasn't expecting big things from the pictures of Venus.
