I wasn't sure how well Integrity did over the past season but it seemed like the really did well with their wakeskate. Are they planning on releasing a new series/type of board for nexy riding season? I figure someone heres gotta know a little something.

Question Also...the Integrity board seems a little overpriced considering the New bilevels are pretty much in the same exact price range, is integrity planning on changing that to stay competitive? I just don't see anyone purchasing an Integrity over a Cassette Bi-level once these things hit the market full steam...

SMCboarder, integrity boards cost what they do because the materials used to make the board are more expensive. integritys are made of very durable materials and it will last you much longer than any wood board will. i could go into details, but they are already on the integrity site (www.integrity-wake.com). and i dont think the price for integritys will be changing.

by comparing an integrity to any other board (except hyperlite), you are comparing wood to a board with a machined core, reshapable rails, durasurf coating, and a centerweight. is that really a fair comparison?

Lemons will have his own pro model i believe in the spring. when details become available im sure someone will post them online.

scott a thanks for some of the details on the integrity board. I agree totally that the boards are far above and beyond any wood board on the market. The materials they use are top of the line and I'm surprised other companies haven't caught on or tried to buy them out.

The only concern I had is that when the season comes around full swing again, do I dish out 300 for the Integrity which I've been looking at, or 300 for the bi-level which seems to be the next step in wakeskating. Guess I'll have to wait for a review on the bi-level to decide.

Thanks again for the info.

SMCboarder,

Lemons has said his pro model is going to be insane. I would put your money towards that.

The bi-level is going to be the next step in wakeskating, but you got to think this is their first shot at it. If you get a bi I would wait until the 06 season, so they can figure out all the defects this year. I've heard alot of people are having trouble lining the wholes up when they put the two skates together.

in this case the integrity would be a much better choice because as Summit, said lemons model is coming out reletivly soon and with the trix he does it will defintily be good and yes the bilevel has been having some problems i know that from first hand experience

Umm, just because Ryan does some good tricks that doesn't really mean his board is going to be better because it would be designed the way he likes it. Parks does some good tricks but alot of people didn't like his board.

Fredrick Eisenhauer, actually im sure mr. schmaltz is going to have a hand in the development of the board. if this is in fact what happens, i am very sure the board will be sick.

gotta agree with scott a, lemons and Schmaltz at the helm of a board design equals 99.9 percent chance of a sick board, plus Ryan has said before he's not into gimmicky boards, he just likes basic stuff so that bodes well for his pro-model as well

Below is a mock up of the new Ryan Lemons graphic...
Where you see white in this representation... imagine a clear window where you can see a triaxial weaved 22 oz. fiberglass with white resin. The gold color will be a true gold metallic ink. This deck is going to be built with a new urethane sidewall which will be a seamless 101 Durometer... (imagine a skateboard wheel urethane) as a rail. We are pretty sure the rail color will be in white... Also the bottom sheet will be an extra thick (.040) sheet of Dura surf to make sure sliding won't wear the bottom away... ever.

please note the outline shape here is just a gross example and not the actual outline shape. and there will be a few extras added to Ryan's model
which haven't quite been worked out yet...

Thanks for all the support guys if it wasn't for you we wouldn't be making any decks this year.

Much Respect,
Erich

The Headless Chicken, try reading the little words in the little grey box that might help...

nevermind Ill paraphrase, 101 durometer urethane rails, means It will be rally hard to split or even ding the rails, and the thicker botttom sheet means that you won't ruin it on sliders, I think b/c Ryan's old board is a little beat from him backlip/slaping it on all kinds of crap, not to mention they hinted at other nice features in the works

eklipse i was wondering the same thing, also, does anyone else think the board graphics might be a little better without his picture in it? I know it's a pro model, but I cant think of any pros that put their picture on the boards, just a little strange, I'm pretty sure everyone is gunna know its lemons model... Question

SMCboarder, Erich has these visions of how he wanted the grafics to be, its not like i sugested to be on the grafics, the way Erich explained it there are a bunch of deeper meanings within the grafics, its suposed to be like integrity is stabbing a flag into the globe kinda saying that we are here to stay and that this is real, we also wanted to kinda tap into all the things that havent been done yet... thats our whole style, to be differant and do things that we believe in. it is really nice tho all the gold in it is this metalic gold and all the white you see is actually clear so you can see threw it, this type of grafic hasnt been messed with yet, also the picture of me is more shady then it seems, its kinda like someone draw it on in layers. and you can see right threw it. and to answer your first question, we know the bi-level is the same price as we sale the integs, and we dont need to change anything to be competitive? theres a reason you have to buy them directly from erich, each board cost us $220+ to make and over 6 hours for one board. by saling them for $275 integrity is barely making money, bi-levels are sold in shops for around 300 i think, if integritys were sold in shops the dealer would have to sale the boards for around 5-600 bucks because for integrity to make money we would have to sale to the dealer the same price about $275 and most shops use the whole 50% thing on sales which means they sale things for twice what they paid for it so it would be around $550!!! but hopefully this year we can find a way we can put these things in shops without being outragously priced. but still you get what you paid for, and trust me these new materials we are using is going to be SICK! if anyone has any questions just email me at rukusrider103@yahoo.com late.

Well , you can't really ask for a better reply than that I'm definitely pumped for the new skate, thanks for all the info on it and the explanation about the pricing. Keep ripping and making tight boards Ryan.

P.S. From your explanation, it sounds like there is already a prototype of the board made, any info on the release date to the public?

ryan lemons, shops don't make 50% on boards, especially wakeskates, which have the worst margin of any hardgood. I'd be laughing all the way to the bank if I could get away with that.

Anyway, I hope you guys can work out pricing so it's possible for shops to sell them. I know I'm interested.

And......WHITE BELT! (Okay, I realize this is only funny if you're into hardcore.)

I just got a\back from chilling with Erich and crusing the LA boat show. We talke shop had a few cocktails and whatever.

There will be no more internet sales of boards, with the exception of Lemmons board. The shop boards will go for around $235 for one series and around $295 for the other series. There will also be a cheaper price point board in the works and a wakeboard also.

Peace out and represent a true company. INTEGRITY

thanks guys, actually the fin config. is not made to free ride with, its actualy made to put two or four fins there and skate ramps and rails like it was a skateboard doing nose slides tail slides blunt slide nose presses ect....
heres an example of integrity team rider aron gore using the fin config. how it was meant to be used. look closely at the bottom pic how gore is doing a frontside blunt slide balancing on the two fins withoutthe tail even touching SICK! this is seriously the next level of wakeskating.

thats all up in the air right now, we are working on designing new fins for this specific use, our goal is to make it bomb proof, but any standard fin will work besides hyperlite fins because the holes are spaced out too wide.

Liquid*Force*Rider, a 0.6 inch fin will be way too small. maybe 1.3 inch or 1.5 and really short because the goal is to only provide leverage for blunt slides and manuels on boxes and to lock into nose and tail slides. you really want as little traction as possible with this. cupped fins would be pointless.

wakeboarder55, hopefully pretty soon! and yes the top is white with black lettering its sick! you see the board so good with it bright white like that. we tried the clear top thing but it kinda came out kinda milky so we decided to just do it white, it helps so much with visibility.

pics continued....
