| Symmetrical....the idea is to only switch you feet, and keep your upper body position the same. Most people when they learn are actually riding "backwards", as in their body position rigid and turned around |

Catch This Wake, no, you want to have them ducked out a little. A good way to get your stance is stand right behind the board with your feet like they would be in the bindings. Then jump high and land in the same spot. The amount that your feet are angled is the amount you should angle your bindings. The key is you want to have each binding angled the same amount. Thats what will allow you to ride switch and regular at the most ease. Here's a crappy diagram of what I'm talking about. _________________ You have just entered the twilight zone. |

| wakebrad is on the ball duck is the better stance, you also want to think about how wide you have your stance, ive been advised that one lug under full stance for intermidiates is the way to go |

1st of all "What is one lug under??? "
2nd of all I am a begginner as far as tricks are concerned, but in riding I guess you can call me intermediate, but focus on the first part of this point.

its just terminology, im probably not correct but i am talking about the holes that run down the centre of the board that you screw the bindings into. You want to use the penultimate screw hole on each foot for your outer binding screw, there you go, clear as mud |

| Wakebrad, If you refer to your diagram, you only have 4 toes per foot. You might wanna have that looked at, it's not exactly the norm. LOL |

Thats good, but i was told to step off something about 2 feet high and tehn see how i landed. Same thing but they said the jump would mess it up |

wow, it sounds like my diagram has had some unforseen consequences. I'll be more carefull with the drawings in the future... don't want anyone else losing any toes.. _________________ You have just entered the twilight zone. |
