learnin new tricks?

ok, what is the best way to learn say a tantrum. just do it going normal 20 mph or what i thought i might do was go to like 15 and then try it cause at 15 the water is alot softer. what du u guys think?

You will not be able to do a trip flip at 15, you just kinda gotta "ball it up" and throw it. Learning it any way but regular won't help you in the long run any how. The best thing to do is to get on a tramp and practice them so you get a good spacial feeling for going inverted. Then when your comfortable just go out and follow these instructions. after a few attempts the fear goes away, it doesnt hurt when you fall usually, unless you don't commit, you will allways hurt yourself more by not comiting then by actually just throwing the trick.

oh well thanks man. ya cant wait till weather gets better so i can start riding. last summer i got all the basics down(w2w,switch etc.) but i kinda stopped at the end cause i crashed hard and the board almost knocked me out in the water. but this summer i am ganna do anything i can to achieve a 360(very confident i can do it) and a tantrum. me and my friend go about 4 times a week on a good week during summer break and this summer i will have 3 months off Very Happy

I got 2 concussions last summer and stopped riding in September. Kinda scary being knocked out in the water.

ya tell me about it.lol. and i had all the breath knocked out of me. that is scary with the water is at my chin(cause the vest ) and i had to try to scream just to let the air out.
