ok i have been wakeboarding every weekend for 3 weeks and i can get up each time, i can sometimes clear the wake i land just short most of the time. what are thr first tricks i should be learning Smile

Grabs and 1 wake 180's and get good at riding switch also.

Learn Toeside jumps NOW, and like David said, learn switch. I can do some relatively cool stuff behind a boat, but my Toeside SUX, If you learn it now you'll be fine.

Riding Switch (as mentioned above) even if you have to get up switch to learn it
Hop in, hop out drills

If you can, pick up a copy of Waketrix or Higher Education to see the logical trick progression.

All I can say is learn switch now, I'm still a beginner but its hard to catch up already... So take care of that now.

TOESIDE!!!!! i just learned toeside this summer after i had a 360 and a tantrum....trust me learn it early
