| whats up everyone? i've had a really cheap board for about two months now and i believe i'm getting somewhat good on it. it's a "cosmic ocean" made by hydroslide...just needed something cheap and needed it quick! i'm now looking for a new board, around $300 is what i have to spend. i've narrowed it to 2 boards. i'm looking at the "o'brien custom" or the "o'brien science". can anyone help with opinions or if anyone knows why i should get one and not the other, it would help very much?!?! thanks for the help! |

Depending on your level of riding and what you want in a board it could be a toss up. The science is a very aggressive board made to cut fast and land way intotheflats . The custom will have the same qualities but not as extreme. If you really lay the board on edge when you are cutting get the science. Otherwise get the custom.
You might also want to look at a Liquid Force EVO. It is a slightly more mellow ride but still pops really good and has molded fins to allow you to ride finless if you ever feel the need. _________________ Does this rag smell like chloroform?
