where do you guys make your kicker and sliders

dont you need a permet
and if i made a ramp like a wooden ramp could i just put PVC sheeting over top of ot then put barrels under it

Depends on your lake if you neeed a permit. You might want to check with the department of natural resources. With the ramp just make sure it is big enough so it can balance on the barrels.
