| Be careful when downloading from Kazaa though. Lots of people are stupid and add trojans or whatnot to their software... |

no its true, theyll attach all sorts of $hit to files. b4 i got rid of kazaa, i had a file with a virus attached to it.

| mIRC is way better. You can't search for things, but you can download full albums. You can even get stuff months before it comes out to the public. |

Sweet...JUST FOUND IT ON bearshare.com
burned my first DVD>... Free 4 all. now i have a second copy and can keep the original locked up away from the kids...
Next is to see if PS2 games work....

Steelerguy, PS2 games work only if you have a mod chip for your system. Out of the box PS2 will not read dvd-r or cd-r media, so you have to install a mod chip to make it work. Depending on the version of your PS2 it's pretty easy. I haven't done mine yet, but I probably will soon.

Just picked up a Cendyne internal 4X DVD-r/rw
it was originally 270 but Office max has them on sale. $50 rebate at register, and another $50 mail in rebate. came to like 169+tax.
DVD's are 3 bucks each...ouch...

| i don't know about ps2 games but to burn x-box games all you need to do is use a sharpie and cover the copyright--it is on the outer ring of the disc----i have never done it but my friend has done it a few times |
