where im at its been a bit too cold and windy to go out on the boat so my brother and I went to this pond (in Lake Berryessa, Ca) used as a swimming hole and I had my brother pull me with an electric car(go cart) that goes like thirty... it was hella awesome I started off on the land and had him pull me like 20 feet into the pond then came all the way accrossed the pond, this was my first experience doing anything of the sort.....is there any kind of special name for stuff like this? does anyone have any ideas of other things to do similar to this?

Or you could get a pond, make a slider, and hit it behind a lil' boston whaler with 25hp....

It's not mine unfortunately, but it is sweet... and it's not that big actually, although it does look bigger in the pictures.

ive wakeboarded/wakeskated behind a 17 ft whaler before. wakeboarding i mostly hit this tiny crappy slider i made in like a half hour out of drift wood and a 4 inch piece of PVC and ollied bouys. the wake was fine for wakeskating though.

Umm, it's not mine, but it's pretty non-existent. We rode like a 25' line too, so it was super short...

Me and my friends weigh down my 15' 1981 BW w/ 70hp and it accually puts out a nice wake, we can land 540's and some inverts off of it. And my dad has a 1996 20' side console that throws a big wake too (http://home.comcast.net/~goofyman189/DSC00774.JPG). Long live Boston whalers!

I have a 69 whaler 13 foot and the wake is like a foot tall I think..its got like a 50 and it barely pulls up my friend and he weighs like 140. I only weigh like 110 so its really easy for me. they are fun little boats. if you put an 85 on a 13 then itll flip over. Shocked ive seen it. I thought the guy was insane

For sure. I spent a week with a 15cm wake and now when I go behind an X-Star I kill it.
