The picture above is of a fatboy 1100 g/ph pump. I just had a few questions about how it worked. First off, does it water source come from whatever you put that hose in? And second is it battery powered or electric or what? Thanks a lot for the help.

The water source is from where the pump is. If the pump is in the lake, the lake is your water source and it is pumping it through...hopefully the lake water is going into your fatsacs. If the pump is attatched the the fatsacs then the water is being pumped out of the fatsacs.

and you need to have a AC power oulet (cigarette lighter plug) in your boat, or you can cut off the cigarette lighter style plug, and wire a couple of battery clamps on the end to use directly on your battery.

I have two pumps and one I run off my AC power outlet and the other I use an adapter with battery clamps to run off my battery, because those AC power splitter/mulitple outlet things get hot and melt when using two pumps.

Replace AC with 12 Volt DC in 89 skier's post and that just about sums it up.
