I have just the audio file saved from premiere, but its still around 45mb large. Any suggestions on a program? Thanks.

adobe audition is a great audio editing program.

If my mind serves me right, if you export the audio from premiere it saves it as a .wav file. You can search on google for a free .wav to mp3 converter and this will do the trick.

I'll second adobe audition. Big and complicated program if all you're going to do is convert to mp3....but it's just totally awesome editing software.

I use Quicktime Pro, you can compress the format to .mov or .wav and it will get a big file down to 3-5MB.

Quicktime Pro is the best $30 program you can spend if you need something for quick audio/video editing jobs.

I exported it as a wav file. Then a downloaded a program off of www.download.com to convert it to mp3.
