I got to ride with a tower yesterday. OH MY GOD, it is so much easier to get up for a newbie. It is like 80% easier to do, seriously. If you're a newbie and want to try wakeboarding, find someone with a tower! I don't even want to use my boat again till I get a tower now Instead of taking me 6 weeks to get up I would have done it the first day! now I just gotta dig up 3 thousand dollars. My wife said to return my massage chair and then get a tower, HELL NO! Where'd I put that credit card? |

eklipse is right. if not them then there have been a few people who made there own. So don't send back the chair, U will need it after a hard days work on the board of fun. _________________ "Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "Holy stuff, what a ride!" |

Hey BrandonC,
You're right, towers/pylons DO make it easier to get up...you can build a pylon for under $100! Over course, the Monster is the way to go as it gives you the ability to store your boards on a rack (it seems pylon-mounted board racks just don't really cut it!)
Good luck

It's kinda sad. Cause i really want a tower, I haven't tried wakeboarding on a tower, ...But anyways we can't put one on our boat cause we have a bimini top on ours...... But , i have some neighbors that have a tower, and my sister use to go with them sometimes, but they are like WAY older than me, sooo. i think i might feel a little uncomfortable a lil shy i guess... haha i do'nt know _________________ Anything you can do I can do better.

BrandonC, I'm not sure what costs $3000, but Monster towers are only $1000.

Well if you get a tower you need racks right? I hate having my boards on the floor. And as long as you're going that far you might as well go for the speakers and bimini right?
The monster isnt all that cheap when you consider it has nothing on it. My buddy got a 13th floor tower with 2 racks and bimini for 2k, which puts it on par for price with the Monster. I also think the 13th looks MUCH better |

You can fit a tower on any boat including that Bimino top. Might need a little adjusting to the top but you could fit a tower....
Check out moster tower photo gallery. Lots of boats with bimini tops. |
