Some POS broke into my storage unit located near Leonard in NE TX. I'm guessing they could be anywhere in the N TX / Dallas / S OK area. Please keep an eye out for the following :

This board is very unique and easily identifyable - It's a 2003 Hyperlite Channel 140, but it's got 2001 Belmont 134 graphics. It had 2002 spin bindings on it. I won this board at the Dallas boat show last month - it was new and still had tags on the bindings.

Also lost a 2001 LF Rythmn 141 (this is the blue board)with Large 2002 Byerlys. Board was in a black Warming Hut board bag with shoulder strap.

Also an older Conelley knee board. It was marked "Carbon Fiber" and was in a grey bag with shoulder strap.

Also my son's HO stinger trainers.... yes the bastards stole from my seven year old son.

If you happen to see any of the above, please contact the Fannin Co sherrifs office (903)583-2143. Or call me (972)752-5006 ... after I finish with them they will beg you to call the police.

and spring break starts tomorrow......

I'm still seething.....

Tom

dude getting stuff stolen completly sucks. what do you mean storage unit? any chance of insurance, i'm guessing you wouldn't have a policy that includes 2000 worth of sporting equipment

Last summer one of my friends had a 2002 byerly, 2002 byerly bindings, an older Hyperlite Belmont with bindings, and a bunch of stereo stuff stolen out of his garage. Punks, we checked all the "play it again sports" in the area with no luck Sad.

I got a bunch of stuff stolen that I left in my boat when it was in storage, our insurance company covered everything! You should really look into that. Good Luck!

Well I really didn't hold out much hope with my insurance company. But, they tell me that they may cover part of the loss. I won't consider it covered until I'm holding a check, but at least they gave me a claim number to work from. I should hear from an adjuster tomorrow. I'll let you all know what happens. Hopefully I'll be out only my deductible.

Thanks for letting me whine and moan.
