| Has anybody seen a sizing chart with the 05 parks in it? Hyperlite's website has no sizing charts anymore, and all of the online boardshops have last years chart. I was thinking of getting a 133, but now there's only 132s and 136s. I want a board that's a little on the shorter side, but I'm afraid the 132 will be too short. I weigh 140-145lbs. |

I doubt you will be able to tell the 1cm of difference. although being 140-145 i would suggest the 136 unless you just like small boards _________________ www.georgiawakeboardlessons.com |

| thane_dogg, I think your board is way to big. I ride a 135 right now, and I'm wishing I was riding something smaller. But, depending on what you're learning right now, it might not matter. |

I'm 140 and I ride a 138.1 Temet and I have ridden the 142.3 and I liked that too for the extra pop off the wake with the extra surface area, it was just a little to hard to spin. That is why I went with the 138.1 Temet
Regarding the Parks board, you could probably get a way with a 132, but you might have to kick up the boat speed a little so you don't sink the board more then it should. Personally I would go with the 136, I think it would fit you perfectly. |

board size is extremely over rated.
i weigh a just a hair under 180 and i rode an era 135 for the majority of the summer. _________________ "I have always considered myself a core rider..." - K-dub

I'm 120 lbs and ride a 140 obrien, nothin wrong with it.
if i was you i'd get the 136 especially if you expect to use the board if you get heavier unless your one of those people who can buy a new board every year i wish i could though
i agree with bizzuck somewhat, but ive ridden a 143 obrien and i could tell it was just a lil big cuz it was a lot harder to move smoothly |

I ride a 143 sometimes and I am way too small for that with what you guys suggest, it is all a personal preference really. _________________ Support your local boardshop...

I'm not going to get any heavier... I stopped growing a year ago.
bizzuck, that board is good up to 185lbs, so you are in the weight range.
I think the weight range is what the board is rideable at, but where you should be in the weight range depends on what you like. I just wanted to make sure that I wasn't going above the weight range with the new board.
But, it turns out I'm getting an 04 anyways, though, so it doesn't really matter anymore. |
