I did a search and got some info but I have a few questions I didn't find.
+How much do v210 and v215's run for? I think I saw around 35k
+Why are these boats so great? THe waterski mag reviewed the v215 and said the wake wasnt all that good.
+Where can I find used ones and how much should I be paying?
+If I were getting a used one, What year(s) would I want to stay away from(if any)?
Thanks in advance! |

smlparksguy133, 210's are around 35. 215's start around 40.
They are great boats for many reasons. Fit & finish, overall construction, great looks, great handling, and spectacular wakes. Your first clue should be 'Waterski' Mag reviewing a wakeboat, but IIRC the boat they tested was one of the first off the line, which had a design problem that was quickly corrected.
Used you will most likely only find the 210. Any year will be good - it will boil down to your 'interior looks' preference and of course the pocketbook. _________________

| I've got a friend selling a loaded 01' V-210 right now for 27k. I hope he's getting another one because I love the wake behind that boat. |

| I hada friend who bought a brand new 03 V210 for $29k, he bought it with 0 hours at the beginning of 04. Most of the Sangers are in CA and rarely get too far from the west. Obviously some are ordered & shipped(ie. Ralph in NZ) but for the most part they are a CA boat with very little dealer support outside of the West. boattrader.com for used boats. |

| If I was to get a Mercruiser engine in a sanger lets say, couldnt I just bring the boat to any mercruiser dealer or do I have to go to sanger dealer? |

| So what do you do when anything else goes wrong? Obviously the engine can be serviced but what about any other warranty isseu, it all comes right out of your pocket. I'm not trying to discourage you, just playing devils advocate so you don't end up getting stuck without the support a local dealer could give you. |

No there are no special parts a mercruiser agent can't service. Sanger will pay agreed labour rates for any warranty work & supply parts. For me I pay freight on any warranty parts but I live aloooooong way away so its fair. So far after 150 hrs I have had 1 small mercruiser issue under warranty which was resolved in 1 day but nothing else. I did order some 04 graphics for my boat and they got here in 4 days. Sangers rock. _________________ Niiiiiiiiice |
