|
|
I'm looking for some advice in dealing with my ins. co on my recovered stolen boat. Thing was stripped down pretty bad and hauled like 3 or 4 counties over.
My deductible is pretty low, so I think I'll be ok there. But the 'towing and storage' fees from the wrecker yard where it's at have in 24 hours exceeded the towing and storage maximum the ins. says they will pay.
Does anyone have any experiece with this???
Now the shop where I wanna get the work done doesn't wanna pay the towing and storage fees then turn into the ins. co, and if I don't get my boat somewhere today, the fees will really add up over the weekend.
What a total pain in the ass this has been, I wouldn't wish this on anyone. |

that sucks man. get it out of the tow yard today, if you wait till tommorrow you will probably be charged more fees by the tow company. at my brother's yard they charge you like 95 bucks to have someone come down and open the gate and do the paper work on the weekends. _________________ http://www.integrity-wake.com
