| I would recommend going with an '02 or higher 21i. The wake on the '02 is so much better. It's really, really nice. The '00 wake is not nearly as good in my opinion.

I have a 03 Tige 21 i limited Edition and this boat is totally awesome. It has the best unweighted wakeboard wake in the industry and the slalom wake is second to none. This isn't only my opinion but everyone elses who has ridden behind it. The build quality speaks for itself. i have looked at numerous other makes and manufacturers boats but in my opinion nothing comes close.
I hope this is what you needed to hear but seriously if you try one out you'll see exactly what i am saying.

First of all I think the asking price is sky high!!
I have ridden tons of times behind a 2001 21i Rideres Edition and I'm guessing these boats have the same hull. The wakes imo of these boats are decent. The wakes don't seem to get much bigger or better with weight. The taps worked for this boat up to about 4-5 then it would trash the wake. Taps barely changed the shape of the wake and was almost useless. The coolest thing about the boat is the stadium seating. I don;t know if the 2000 has that but if it does it's really cool. IMO I would look at a different boat. Super Sport, 205v, as well as others for that price range. You will be getting reemed at that price.

| To add to BigMacs comments, here is my experience with the '02 21i, which has a different hull (same as the '03). I rode with a 400 pound sack in the trunk, a 400 pound sack in the bow, and seven people (probably about an extra 1000 pounds in people), for a total of 1800 pounds. The wake got much, much bigger and was incredible. Most of the older Tige' hulls are less effected by weight than the new hulls. The new hulls also stay clean no matter how much weight you add.

I have a 99 21i same hull as the 2000 I believe. With 2X350 on both sides of the engine and 200 up front the wake is large. Use taps to trim the wake out. I like the boat. The fit and finish is a little nicer on the 2000 than the 99 so IMO its a nice boat.

| Tige re-did all the hulls for 2003 with the convex V hull, didn't they? The taps no longer wash out the wakes, beucause they took out the spray pockets. I think all the info is accurate if I am not mistaken

| Actually, in 2002 the 20v and the 21i were built without spray pockets. the 22v, 24v followed in 2003.
