| Are you flattening out before getting to the wake? Try holding your edge all the way through the wake. |

I think i flatten out while trying to stand tall, it sounds like the cut
should continue completely thru the wake, and standing tall does
not mean to flatten out but to stand while cutting thru the wake |

| same problem here - front really high and the back not so much. Is it all due to flattening out @ the qwake or is it too much weight on back leg? |

I used to have that problem on and off. I found, that for me at least, it came from flattening out before I hit the wake. I think that's also linked to having too much weight on your back foot, because when I cut, I shift more weight to my front foot. So when I flatten out I'm shifting it back again.
Regardless of what the reason is, though, try holding your edge all the way up the wake. That's what fixed it for me. |

| standing tall doesnt mean lock out your legs. if you do this you will go flat and you will tend to pull your front foot up. Keep your legs bent but resist the wake and edge all the way through. Try putting a little more weight forward also. Do this until you get level. You will also get more pop and hieght. |

I used to have the same problem so I decided to take a lesson. The pro told me it was the resault of riding back foot heavy and subsequently takes away from your pop. The reason a 3 stage rocker bucks you off the wake is because of the front of the board hitting the wake and re-directing you up. You need more weight on your front leg to maximize your pop, and of course you also have to edge all the way thru the wake.
Next time you are out concentrate on really bending your front leg before you begin to aproch the wake and put more weight over your front leg.
It takes a while to get used too but once you commit to it you will be pleasantly suprised with the outcome. |

deepcove covered it. When your cutting into the wake your probably leaning backwards and on your back foot. It might also come from the way you start your cut. Don't cut with your chest, cut with your knees. So coming into the wake worry more about keeping your knees bent for your edge and equal weight on each foot. _________________ www.Tigeowners.com
