How to build a solid kicker??

Me and my friends were thinking of building a kicker but have NO IDEA WHATSOEVER ON WHERE TO START! so i was hoping maybe somone here could give us some plans or supplies needed or something? this kicker has to be movable because.. we live in the friggin ocean (well bay).
and we cant leave this thing in the middle of the bay so maybe somone could help us? thanks we really would appreciate some help
